Shipping:

The is no charge for shipping within the US. Standard shipping is UPS Ground or US Postal Service Parcel Post. Shipping time of one to two weeks is typical, but can take as long as six weeks.

Credit Card Orders:      

We use PayPal as our primary means of payment. You may also use your MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards via PayPal.

Checks or Money Orders:

If you would like to pay by check or money order please contact us for instructions.

Sales Tax:

State sales tax applies only to orders shipped within California. There is no sales tax for shipments outside California.

Back Orders / Out-of-Stock Items:

Most orders can be filled from stock on hand. However, occasionally we may not be able to fill an order immediately. If an order can't be filled within 7 days, we'll contact you via email or US mail to ask if you would like to modify your order. If we don't hear from you, our policy is to hold the order until all items are ready to ship.

Returns:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you'd like to return any part of your order for any reason, we'll issue you a full refund or send a replacement.

Privacy Policy:

We are committed to your privacy. The information you provide to us is used only by Sunrise Arts in fulfilling orders. We do not share or sell customer information in (including email addresses) to any third party for any reason.
